Reservation Agreement
By confirming a reservation at Ouachita Edge Getaway, all guests automatically agree to abide by the following terms and conditions throughout the duration of their stay. This agreement is binding and does not require a physical signature.
Cleanliness Expectations
To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests:
- Please leave the home in the same general condition as it was upon arrival.
- Trash should be bagged and disposed of in designated outdoor bins.
- Dishes must be rinsed and loaded into the dishwasher or hand-washed.
- Spills and messes should be cleaned up promptly to avoid permanent damage.
Failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning fees.
Noise Policy
To preserve the serenity of the Ouachita wilderness and respect nearby residents:
- Quiet hours are from Midnight to 6:00 AM.
- Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
- No unauthorized gatherings or events.
Violations may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
Additional Guidelines
- No smoking inside the house. Outdoor smoking areas are permitted.
- No pets unless explicitly approved in advance.
- Do not rearrange furniture, décor, or electronics.

Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the home, furnishings, appliances, or outdoor amenities that occur during the stay. Charges may apply for replacement or professional repair if beyond normal wear and tear.
Lost, Damaged, or Misplaced keys/remote keys will result in a $120 charge for replacement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel up to 14 days or more before check-in to receive a refund of 90% of the total amount paid.
- If reservation is cancelled between 7-14 days prior to check-in, Guests will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- Guests have two payment options:
- Pay the full amount upfront, refundable under this policy.
- Pay a $320 deposit, which is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Check-Out Instructions

- Remove all trash and place it in the outdoor bins.

- Turn off all lights and lock all doors and windows before departing.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking and confirming your reservation at Ouachita Edge Getaway, you acknowledge and accept all terms listed in this agreement. These rules are in place to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful, clean, and unforgettable experience.
⚠️ RELEASE OF LIABILITY, INDEMNITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
READ BEFORE BOOKING
IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to stay at Ouachita Edge Getaway—including, but not limited to, using the premises, participating in outdoor or recreational activities, or using any amenities or equipment provided—I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I fully understand and acknowledge that:
- (a) Risks and dangers exist in my use of Ouachita Edge Getaway equipment and my participation in all add-on activities;
- (b) My participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including but not limited to bodily injury, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, heat stroke, heart attack, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability;
- (c) These risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers, or agents of Ouachita Edge Getaway, the negligence of participants, accidents, the forces of nature, or other causes;
- (d) By my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, or employees of Ouachita Edge Getaway.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Ouachita Edge Getaway and its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage (including but not limited to issues arising out of the actual or alleged transmission of a communicable disease), wrongful death, loss of services, or other liabilities that may arise out of my use of Ouachita Edge Getaway or my participation in any add-on activity.
I specifically understand that I am waiving any claims for negligence or liability related to the conduct of Ouachita Edge Getaway staff, owners, or affiliates.
This contract is valid throughout your stay at Ouachita Edge Getaway.
By booking this reservation, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this agreement and waiver, and that I am voluntarily agreeing to its terms in full.
